I recently had a conversation with a customer turned insta + occasional phone -friend. She messaged me about an experience her daughter had that set her back a little on her horse. I then spewed out Abby’s worst experiences and shared that it set her back from riding our mare for 6 years afterwards. SIX. YEARS.

She then made a comment that made me realize how isolating these experiences can feel. She mentioned that she doesn’t feel like anyone else’s children have these experiences and she was so happy to know we had them and overcame them.
