Let's  Saddle  up

It took over a year to find someone we trusted who would make our saddles exactly how we wanted and most importantly, our trees.  Trees are the very foundation of any saddle and good fit is our top priority.

We found a fourth generation saddlery in India that was willing to develop a relationship with us and listen to what we had in mind. Something we couldn't find anywhere in the US.  We even had a baseball saddle that had real baseball stitching on it!

Now, making things overseas has the stigma of being "cheap" quality-wise.  However, because we are able to control everything from the tree to the materials, we are able to make a quality product.  Since we don't have the factory overhead, we are able to offer our saddles at a

OK, first, check out our testimonials.  We receive messages all the time about the quality of our saddles, so take it from our customers.

Now to answer the main question, "Why are our saddles affordable?"

I (Amber, Mom, Narrator) have a sourcing background.  When I worked for other people, my job was to develop products that no one else had and find an economical way of making them.  I would write extensive "spec sheets" that defined every aspect of a product.  I learned that other countries have some great skills and that manufacturing with them could create a better price point for customers.

So, that's what I did with our saddles.

Why are your saddles so inexpensive? are they low quality?

Do you accept returns?

We absolutely do! There has not been much of a need for returns, however, in the rare case a saddle doesn't fit well or you just don't like it, as long as you keep it in original condition, we will refund you minus a $75 restocking fee which helps cover the shipping costs originally incurred, the return and the handling to get it back into inventory.

Tips for keeping it in original condition:

1. Try your saddle pad and saddle on with a sheet between your horse and the saddle pad.
2. Do not apply conditioners until you are sure of fit.
3. Do not leave it outside.
4. Keep original box.

Please review our full return policy here!

Will you restock old designs?

Once a design is sold out, we typically do not bring it back.

Why don't you make your own saddles?

We would love to have the skill to hand craft custom saddles.  However, we noticed a need for good quality saddles without the wait. We are here to fulfill our goals of making it so the whole family can saddle up and ride.  Making our saddles in small batches, with a 4th generation family in India, makes that goal a reality.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our home headquarters in Arroyo Grande, CA.

How much does it cost to ship a saddle?

We charge a flat rate of $25 to ship a saddle within the continental U.S. $100 to Canada and we offer worldwide shipping that's calculated based on your location at checkout.  Our rates basically split the cost of shipping with you because we knew it would be tough to swallow high shipping prices.
